Apr 18, 2016. #22. Update. Well, I called VWoA last Friday (4/15) to dispute the recent repairs to my car. $440 for the AdBlue Heater/Temp sensor module ( I replaced the module) and a visit to the dealership to get the AdBlue warning turned off $258. VW is going to give me $450 out of the $698 that I spent.
The Tech then reset the Add blue sensor = no change, second try = no change, third try the sensor registered an increase of 1000 miles. (Total range 4000 miles) on the drive home the sensor obviously recalibrated/ measure the tank again, which increased the range by a further 1500 miles, so I can confirm what @Loz says.

This isn't normal. I had mine replaced late last year. Be sure to have the dealer replace the injector. Mine replaced the feed line first because his TSB mentioned that even though the leak was clearly coming from the injector
Need help to reset adblue warning 2013 Passat. Today the warning to refill the adblue tank popped up. I put 2.5 gal into the tank and tried to get the warning to go away. I tried turning on the car but not the engine and putting the gas pedal to the floor to have the glow plug light pop up but it never did show.
PQfiE. T6 Pro. 22 Dec 2017. #1. First time filling up my Adblue and I'm scared. So, the display shows (approx) a Min 4.25 litres and Max 8.75 litres. It also says 16oo miles left and as I'm about to embark on a Xmas 1000 mile round trip, I figured it was time for my 1st AdBlue fill up before setting off (will have managed around 6500 miles on the tank)
