This on the other hand, is not proven by any studies. Both are pretty bad for you if consumed in large quantities, but at least artificial sweeteners don't have the ridiculous amount of calories that sugar does. Moderation is the key. Noop I only drink around four or five a month (and don't drink soda) so the calorie portion doesn't bother me. The sugar-free drinks taste fake and chemical-y to me. I get that sugar is bad, but lol, don't drink so much of it. I think one of the best drinks or there right now are the green Red Bulls(dragonfruit). Cheers

I also lost a lot of weight around the time mine stopped
Notwith the sugar free ones but it happens when i drink anything colored purple. It tears my stomach up. Doesn't make it hurt, but man does the fake sugar in energy drinks and soda not agree with me. The sweetener they use is known to cause upset stomach, bloating and diarrhea. Sugar alcohol do not absorb well in the stomach when taken in high
Peoplelove to hate on energy drinks. Also fail to recognize that Red Bull is probably the safest energy drink with the amounts of sugar and caffeine in each can. Compared to a can of Coca Cola or coffee Red Bull is safer to drink. Drinking 1 a day while eating healthy, exercising and drinking water you’ll be fine
